We hired a boat to take us out today. The gals went to Culebrita, which has a beautiful white crecent beach that’s normally calm. Not today!
PhlipKid and I went fishing.
The snapper is back in the bay swimming around if anyone else wants to catch him.
Big hat tip to John, our Captain. He did a great job accomodating everyone.
We face east, Overlooking La Pela bay and looking towards Culebrita and St. Thomas.

A storm in the Atlantic is throwing some huge swells at the north side of the island today. In fact, I’ve never seen such big waves on Flamenco beach.
After we checked out the big stuff we moved to a more protected beach. Then we drove back to the house and had a few beers to get ready for Happy Hour.
Punta Soldado Beach has the best snorkeling on Culebra.
